How we talk
- Sources, not hearsay
- Share your view, but back religious claims with a reference. ‘I heard’ isn’t fiqh.
- Ask questions, don’t issue fatwas
- Nobody in the group is a mufti. On complex matters, the rule is to point people to a scholar.
- No sales pitches
- Ads for your own business, MLM and ‘income opportunity’ posts get removed.
- Respect in disagreement
- Differences between madhhabs and scholars are discussed with adab. Personal attacks cost membership.
